Bland Memorial Scholarship Contest set

HILLSVILLE — Competition for the James A. Bland Memorial Music Scholarship Contest will be Feb. 19 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Hillsville, 225 Fulcher St.
Any Carroll County resident attending elementary, intermediate or high school (or home school) may compete.
Musical performers may enter one contest only as a vocalist or instrumentalist (all types).
