SPARTA, N.C. -- Bonnie Rector Wagoner, 70, of Sparta, died Jan. 20, 2012 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta.
She was born March 5, 1941 in Alleghany County, N.C., to the late Cecil Rector and Olga Lee Higgins.
