Cross country practice

GALAX -- Practice will begin Aug. 1 at 8 a.m. at the New River Trail caboose access in Galax. Meet at the parking lot.
The Maroon Tide cross country team is open to all Galax High school students in grades 7-12. Athletes must have a VHSL physical to begin practice.
