ROARING GAP, N.C. -- Dr. Larry Ray LeGrand, 71, of Roaring Gap, and formerly of Galax, died Jan. 27, 2012 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta, N.C..
He was born Oct. 7, 1940 in Granite City, Ill., to Melvin and Nadine Nolan LeGrand.
