Free songwriting workshop set

A free workshop in songwriting will be held April 14 at Chestnut Creek School of the Arts in Galax, 1-4 p.m.
Sponsor is the Blue Ridge Music Makers Guild, as part of the club’s mission to promote the tradition of songwriting.
The workshop is an opportunity for both seasoned and beginner songwriters to share songs and learn from feedback.
All are welcome to attend — songwriters, aspiring songwriters, people interested in music making and people who would like to learn more about songwriting.
