A Grayson County Circuit Court grand jury indicted 27 people on a variety of charges last Friday.
Among the indictments, Patricia Sue Gravely was indicted for possession of a firearm while also possessing a schedule two controlled substance (meth), possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony, possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth), possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine.
Herbert Dean Martin was indicted for possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony, possession of a firearm while also possessing a schedule two controlled substance (meth), possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth), possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance as a precursor to manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine.
Other indictments included:
*Donald Steven Grimes – involuntary manslaughter.
*Tamara L. Robinson – felony bad check – second offense within 90 days.
*Lance Peeples – unauthorized use of a vehicle.
*Brian Farley Jones, Jr. - statutory burglary – he allegedly entered the home of Jacqueline Sharp.
*Randy Reaves Snow – malicious wounding – accused of wounding Aaron Spencer.
*Joseph D. Dowell – possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
*Wayne Anthony Dickerson – possession of schedule one or two controlled substance (cocaine).
*Rebecca Dawn Radcliff – possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth).
*Colt Allen Bullion – grand larceny.
*Richard Dusty Hash – possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth).
*Kevin Andrew Galyean – driving after forfeiture of license – third offense in 10 years.
*Ronald Floyd Parks – possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
*Marco Antonio Lopez-Martinez – carrying concealed weapon after having been convicted of a felony; sale, gift or distribution of a schedule two controlled substance (meth); possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony; being a non-citizen possessing or transporting a firearm; possession of a firearm while also possessing a schedule two substance (meth).
*Dustin Grey Goad – statutory burglary; grand larceny of firearms; grand larceny of ammunition; grand larceny; attempted statutory burglary; possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth).
*Travis Lee Bunn – statutory burglary; grand larceny.
*Danielle Marie Thiemann – statutory burglary; attempted statutory burglary; possession of schedule one or two controlled substance (cocaine); possession of a schedule one or two controlled substance (meth); grand larceny; grand larceny of firearms.
*Troy Ray Dehart – possession of a stun weapon after being convicted of a felony; sale, gift or distribution of marijuana; sale, gift or distribution of a schedule two controlled substance (meth).
*Christopher David Wood – larceny of property with intent to sell.
*Jamie Dean Taylor – statutory burglary; threat or false communication.
*Cody Lee Sizemore – statutory burglary; grand larceny
*Marvin Acosta – grand larceny.
*Robert Dwayne Dalton – possession of explosive material after being convicted of a felony; credit card fraud; credit card larceny.
*Pamela Sue Woody – felony bad check; felony bad check – second offense within 90 days; credit card fraud; credit card larceny.
*An indictment indicates that a grand jury found sufficient evidence for a case to go to trial, and does not indicate guilt. All of those indicted are innocent until proven guilty.
