Grayson girls extend win streak to 4 games

The Grayson County girls’ basketball team extended its winning streak to four last Wednesday with a 48-44 Mountain Empire District victory over Bland County in the Bears den.
It was the second victory in two nights after the Blue Devils tugged and tussled for a 49-40 win over nondistrict foe Holston last Tuesday.
Picked to finish last in the MED in pre-season polls, the Blue Devils have now produced some positive eyebrow-raising results in January.
