Leaders

Youth from the Grayson County Career and Technical Education Center chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America participated in a recent leadership training conference in Virginia Beach. Whitney Newman and Ginny Licitra were accompanied by Grayson chapter adviser Jamey Wingate. More than 800 members participated in STAR events, a series of competitive events that demonstrate proficiency and achievement in leadership and job-related skills. Grayson County FCCLA chapter members participated in the chapter service project for senior manual and received a STAR silver medal.
