Cold winter days are perfect for snuggling up in your favorite easy chair with a great read. Beat the winter blues by participating in Grayson County Public Library 2012 Adult Winter Reading program.
The free program kicks off Feb. 1 and continues through Feb. 29 at the Independence location. The program is open to adults.
Participants who complete the program by reading or listening to 1,000 pages will have an honorary book plate placed in a new book at the library and will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.
