Littrell finishes 29th in Great Race

GALAX – Dr. Tom Littell and wife Faye of Galax, who participated in the Great Race last week, finished 29th overall and 9th in their Sportsman division, driving a 1952 Hudson Hornet.
Fifty-nine vehicles participated in the annual race that began in Tennessee and ended in Vermont, with the oldest vehicle in the race, a 1911 Velie , winning the grand prize.
