Musicians wanted for ‘Voices of the New River’
The third annual “Voices of the New River” talent search is being planned for the youth of the Twin Counties to come together and share their talents.
The event is being sponsored by the New River Baptist Association, a ministry made up of 28 area churches. The contest is open to all youth, regardless of church affiliation.
The event is open to vocalists and instrumentalists age 21 and under, and the winner will earn a grand prize of 40 hours of studio recording time – a $1,200 value – at Audio Lab studio in Galax.
