Society Children of the American Revolution state conference held in March

Virginia Society Children of the American Revolution State Conference was held March 2-4, in Midlothian.  The theme was “Blazing a Trail through History.”
The new CAR state project will be  to help restore the White’s Mill in Abingdon.    
John Carroll Society CAR. members Elizabeth Musser, Caroline Musser, Sarah Musser, attended with Appalachian Trail DAR chapter Vice Regent and CAR Senior President Martha Musser and CAR Senior Registrar Alice Sweeney.
Sarah Musser was elected as state registrar. Martha Musser was appointed senior state corresponding secretary.  The new John Carroll Society CAR officers are Caroline Phelps, president; Sarah Musser, first vice president;  Jessica Vass, second vice president;  Elizabeth Musser, secretary/treasurer; and Ashton Blair Smith, historian.
