TCRH Home Health & Hospice to Offer Free Health Screenings

Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH)’s Home Health and Hospice teams will host a Health Fair for the community on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm at the Grayson National Bank Conference Center located in the Guynn Shopping Center in Independence.

 Free screenings will be offered to the public including fasting blood sugar, fasting cholesterol, pulmonary testing and blood pressure.

 Information will be provided on Advance Directives, Diabetes, Rehabilitation Services, Sleep Apnea, Stroke Awareness, Telehealth, Volunteer Opportunities, Wound Care and more.

 Light refreshments and door prizes will be available.
