Eller was the Dispatcher and Communications Supervisor for the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office

INDEPENDENCE — The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office recently announced that long time Dispatcher and Communications Supervisor Dennis Eller retired Aug. 31, after 32 years of service with the sheriff’s office.
Eller served in the United States Army from 1978 to 1982; and began his career at the sheriff’s office in 1985 as a dispatcher.
At Eller’s retirement luncheon, he shared that he has seen a lot of changes in technology during his 32 years at the sheriff’s office, some for the better and some not so much.
