At a community meeting, the school board answered questions from parents about the possible closing of Baywood Elementary School due to a $1 million budget shortfall

BAYWOOD — Since it was announced last month that Baywood Elementary School might close due to lack of funding for the FY 2018-19 school budget, school leaders have been inundated with questions from concerned citizens.
To address as many concerns as possible, the school board held a community meeting in the auditorium on June 6; and the result was a full house.
